    Great recipe since I usually have a lot of homemade chicken broth on hand. I did add 1 T. worchestershire sauce. Delicious.

    This was pretty good. My first time at making onion soup. I used beef stock in stead of chicken stock and then added a little tomato paste to give it more flavor. It was quite a nice soup. I was amazed at how long this all took. But it was worth it.

    This is a wonderful onion soup recipe very flavorful - Brandy adds zing. Better than any I've tried and easy. Adding leeks for half of onions makes it special.
