I am giving this recipe a fair because I've made this several times, including using lemons with lemon sorbet. BUT I find that it is much easier if you do the following:
1. If you have a juicer, just cut fruit in half, juice and the insides will come out completely clean, then you have fresh orange or lemon juice!
2. Freeze the cut fruit for several hours, you can even do this a few days ahead of time.
3. Add the scoops of sorbet then freeze again for at least an hour.
This is a semi healthy treat for the kids and adults too!
