This was surprisingly easy and very good. I added some extra seasoning, a little more of the Cayanne and some seasoned salt for the guys, and the for my 3 yr old and myself, I made a batch that were dipped in butter (I know, I know... and then just used the bagel/cereal mix with some of the basic spices. We all loved it!

I followed the recipe exactly, but used boneless, skinless thighs. The best "fried" chicken I've ever tasted - and I'm picky! A real crowd pleaser.

This was a great recipe. I used everything bagel chips and melba toast, and seasoned the mustard/mayo mix but otherwise left the recipe the same. The chicken was very moist and flavorful, and the coating was crispy. Certainly not a replacement for true fried chicken, but a great meal!
    Thanks!

I was able to make six batches of this in only 2 hours. It was the rave of the party- extremely moist. I baked for 30" and then put in a warming drawer for an hour or so...........perfect!

Having started a low-fat, low cholestoral diet my family has not had the opportunity to eat much "fried" chicken. I've tried the corn flake oven fried...I've tried them all and most flopped. BUT, this recipe was absolutley GREAT. My family loved it. The chicken was moist, crunchy, and just delicious. If you're looking to eat healthy and not sacrifice flavor, make this recipe.

This recipe was SO GOOD! I used boneless thighs, and they came out moist and tasty, with just a little heat. I've already forwarded this recipe to several friends and family members (although now I think I should have kept it for my little secret!!! Make this and you won't regret it.

This was so good! I used fat free mayo, and my husband and I loved it! I will be making this on a regular basis! You need to try this recipe, it is great!

My daughter loves this! She loves fried chicken, but we don't eat it very much because it's really unhealthy. I found this recipe, and I was like, "Hey! Let's give it a shot." So we did, and it was DELISH!

I was excited to try this version of oven fried chicken. I was disappointed that it tastes no better than shake and bake with cayenne added. Definitely not worth the time.
