This was sooo good!! My 7 yr old son loved it also. I didn't use the paprika, dijon mustard, bagel chips, or the Greek yogurt just plain reg. yogurt. It turned out great. I added my own season salt to it. Will make it again.

Really loved this chicken, super easy and delicious. Made some changes due to lack of ingredients (saltine crackers instead of bagel chips and buttermilk instead of Greek yoguart, also added a hint of chili pepper to mix Turned out amazing!!!

This chicken was awesome.. and very easy! I cut the recipe to feed only two people and it worked great! I also used chicken breast and cooked it on a lower heat for a longer time. It was so tender you could cut it with your fork! I will definitely make it again. But I think I will try making a different sauce!

I made this for dinner last night, and it was excellent. I was lucky in that I found harissa in the spice section of the grocery store, and I had never heard of it before. The sauce with the yogurt was delicious. The chicken itself was the best oven fried chicken I've made. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and the tang from the yogurt was really nice. This recipe could be spiced up very easily, by adding tobasco or worcester sauce to the yogurt before you coat the chicken, but I liked it as it was.
I forgot to coat the onions with olive oil before putting them in the oven, and they were dried out, so we didn't try them. Next time I'll be more careful. Served with broccoli cole-slaw and mashed potatoes. Really good.

This recipe is great to spice up a dinner for picky eaters. I didn't tell them about the yogurt until after they had eaten it, and they were raving about "how is that chicken so moist?!" The scallions burnt slightly but they still added a nice garnish and pleasant aroma. Next time I might be even more generous with the yogurt and breadcrumbs for some extra crunch - which the cooking spray is essential for!

It was o.k but not very good. I was expecting it to be spectacular. I saw other people saying it is moist and delicious. Mine was dry and saggy. The flavor was very strange....maybe I didn't do it right?

I made this tonight taking many of the comments into consideration. It was great. The chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. I used everything bagel chips and omitted the cereal. I would like to add the spicy paprika next time as it could use a kick. The onions were too crispy so I might cook them separately. Overall, really nice dish. I plan to pass it on to my friends.
