This came out pretty good and crunchy. Instead of using rosemary I used Italian seasoning because that's all I had. Next time I would put more seasoning in the breading. I did turn it around half way but I don't think I needed too.

Wonderful! no problem with sogginess or flavor. If you dont think it has enough seasoning, just add a little more to the breading mix and it will be perfect. You can add as much or little as you want. Great recipe

I followed the cooking instructions exactly and my chicken was soggy on the bottom, even with using the rack. Also, I thought the flavor was bland and lacking. I gave it two stars because the chicken was juicy. I won't be making this again.

This recipe was good, not amazing. I made it with chicken breasts and only cooked it for about 25 minutes. Great flavors.

So good! The marinade is fantastic; I use it on pork chops as well. I do make a few tiny changes. I up the amount of cayenne in the marinade and use a garlic press (as well as increasing amount of garlic in marinade so it gets a lovely garlic flavor. I use a mixture on Italian breadcrumbs and southern breaking (Autry's instead of making them from scratch. Also flip the chicken a little over halfway through the cooking time and mist the chicken again so that it gets a lovely crispiness all around. It's a staple in our home, I make it at least twice a month!

Nice refreshing way to bake 'fried' chicken I used panko bread crumbs instead of the whole wheat bread and chicken thighs bone-in. Also, I do not like rosemary so I used thyme instead. It was very good and crunchy and I liked the marinade idea.

This is my go to recipe for oven fried chicken! Crispy juicy and delish! I drizzle a little honey on the chicken before I serve it! Perfect!

This is the first time that I've made oven fried chicken and the chicken stayed crunchy! I added some Adobe seasoning salt to the crumb mixture in addition to sea salt. The fresh rosemary really added a nice flavor.

Very yummy! I added a bit of cajun seasoning to the chicken but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter. I made a 'picnic' dinner with the chicken and served it with cole slaw, baked beans, and corn.
