    This is my go to recipe for oven fried chicken! Crispy juicy and delish! I drizzle a little honey on the chicken before I serve it! Perfect!

    This is the first time that I've made oven fried chicken and the chicken stayed crunchy! I added some Adobe seasoning salt to the crumb mixture in addition to sea salt. The fresh rosemary really added a nice flavor.

    Very yummy! I added a bit of cajun seasoning to the chicken but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter. I made a 'picnic' dinner with the chicken and served it with cole slaw, baked beans, and corn.

    Really good!!
    I added some extra seasoning.. 'roasted garlic plus" from clubhouse, lots more lemon zest, paprika, worstchesire (sp., The family loved it!! Will definitely make this again!!!
    I loved the use of the cooling racks to cook the chicken on! NO soggy chicken!!

    This by far is the best fried chicken I have ever had AND it was oven "fried". I will never eat regular fried chicken again. I actually used chicken with the skin on it and the crust was awesome. The meat was still juicy and tender; I was very, very, very happy with the results and I have made it several times after that and it has always been a hit and consistent.

    Very good. We really liked the crunch. Didn't have the corn meal so we used crushed up Cheetos - the crunchy kind also used a 4 cheese blend as that is what we always have on hand. Next time we'll add an Italian blend of herbs.

    I was surprised to see this dish get some low reviews. I went exactly by the recipe and it turned out great! Even my 12 year old and husband who usually turn their noses up at anything healthy, thought it was great. I've added it to my recipe box, we will definitely have this on a regular basis!
