Tried these for dinner - my daughter was cooking. We added sweet potato wedges also and she used rosemary with salt and pepper instead of cayenne. They were yummy - just what we were looking for. Next time we'll try them with the cayenne.

I truly enjoyed these potatoes. They were easy to make and tasted awesome! Crunchy on the outside and potatoey on the inside. Perfect!

I have been looking for an excellent oven baked "fry" for a long time. After trying many recipes, including those where you soak the potato in cold water first, this one is the best. The potatoes had a bit of a crunch yet weren't dry on the inside.
    And they were so easy!

I cut them smaller because they seemed so big to me and they came out perfect! Some of them were soft on the inside but I love it that way so it was really good. MM! I'll definitely make them again, good and super easy.

Very easy to make and very good! Don't cook more than the recipe calls for or they will get dried out.

I love these potatoes, whenever I'm home sick I make a batch so I have amazing comfort food. Perfectly crisp on the outside and nice moist middle. I'll use this recipe over and over again

These were great and my family loved them. I messed the first time and baked them on alum. foil and the potatoes stuck.
