    This is by far the best salmon I have eaten. Who knew minimal work resulted in maximum flavor. The fish was moist, flavorful, and had an amazing crust on it. I know the leftovers will be as good. Thanks for the great recipe.

    I have prepared salmon so many different ways and it always seems to be on the rare side for my taste. This is perfect for my family. We all have different tastes. It was simple, quick and easy. I'll makes salmon like this from now on!

    I'm a novice cook so it's great to find simple recipes like this with clear cut instructions and foolproof results! I served this with a honey mustard sauce and another time with a lemon mint tzatziki (recipe from Ellie Krieger food network website.Both worked out really well!

    I cook this recipe a lot and it's so easy but extremely tasty. I put alittle bit of Tony's cajun seasoning on both sides with the salt and pepper to make it a little spicier and sautee some sliced squash for a healthful meal!
