WOW! this was a pretty easy recipe and was well worth the minimal effort needed. My husband said that these were the best pancakes ever! I followed recipe but did add a bit of cinnamon along with the nutmeg. Again I will say WOW!
one note- the batter is a bit thicker than we are used to so don't be put off - the pancakes were incredibly light.

These were amazing pancakes! I made them for my kids this morning while they were getting ready for school. They are very quick and easy to make especially everyone is in a hurry. They are very yummy too! They remind me of the best pancakes I have had in Hawaii. Try them... they are very good.

These pancakes were okay. Seemed a little dry to me. They smelled way better than they tasted. I like Aunt Jamima better.

I've read a lot of these reviews, and I say something you're doing wrong, I make these pancake very often and from day 1 I've never had that problem of them coming out flat, runny nor horrible tasting, I think these pancakes are delicious, and very fluffy. But every 1 is entitled to their own opinion, and my opinion is they are DELICIOUS.....

great recipe to build on. i was a little liberal in adding sugar and nutmeg.. practice makes perfect and i definitely will be trying these again. My friend liked them enough to eat the left overs so I'd say that these were a success.

These pancakes were very rubbery and didn't rise like a fluffy pancake should. They tasted very eggy, so we added some lemon zest to cut that flavor, and just drenched them in syrup and butter. Never will be making these ever again; they taste better from the box.

Nice recipe. Easy to follow.
I put 1 cup of all purpose flour and 1/2 cup of whole wheat just to make it a bit healthier. The half cup was really noticeable.
I didn't have any nutmeg so I used cinnamon and sprinkled in chopped strawberries as they were cooking.
Very nice recipe. Just make sure the butter is at room temperature or melted before adding it...
