I have always been a BisQuik guy. The other day I was out and me and the kids were craving pancakes. I logged onto foodnetwork.com and got this recipe. My kids want me to make pancakes this way all the time. I have to agree they were great.

I substitute milk with buttermilk and it turned out great!!!!

These are easy and very delicious! They came out light and fluffy. I think any negative review you read was "user error".

Just what I'd been looking for. The other recipe I'd been using was more cake-y. I didn't make it to a T though. I actually forgot to add the butter and I added cinnamon, ginger powder and molasses because just as I was done mixing everything my 3 year old said she wanted Gingerbread pancakes like at a certain pancake house chain...I improvised and it totally paid off. We all gobbled them up!

Woke up wanting to have pancakes but didn't have my usual bisquick easy-mix jar. Made these from scratch and WHOAAAA...I made these?
Good bye bisquick...hello home-made, from-scratch pancakes! Easy as pie, and sure to get you off boxed stuff forever!

These came out very thin when I made them. I wound up adding more flour and baking powder to help out. I wouldn''t make these again.

I've never tasted any pancake so light and yummy. Usually pancakes hit your stomach like a rock, these do not! They also have that "hmm factor" Like what is that yummy taste in these. It's the nutmeg!! Awesome recipe!!! Love these. Those who voted lower probably didn't follow the recipe to the "T"

Definately NOT light and fluffy! I normally cannot get my kids away from the pancakes, they only ate maybe one or two with this recipe.
