Sorry, but I was not too impressed with this one. The pancakes were flat and rather bland. I've tasted better pancakes from a Bisquick mix.

I ran out of pancake mix one Saturday morning and turned to Food Network.com and found this easy/delicious recipe. I loved the hint of nutmeg. I will keep this recipe in my binder for all future pancakes that I make! My husband fried the bacon and made scrambled eggs. Yum!

If you've ever been tired of that sluggish feeling after pancakes this will soothe you! I made them and they smelled like heaven!(nutmeg The recipe made 8 pancakes. This is perfect if you're like me and will freeze what you don't eat. Delicious with scrambled eggs.
