Wow I love this recipe! It is very easy and tastes really good though I thought it tasted more like french toast then a pancake. Any way my son demanded more! I can't wait to share this with my husband he is very picky about his pancakes and I am sure he will love this!

Very good pancakes. I usually make Ina's sour cream pancakes, but didn't have the sour cream this morning and thought I'd try something new. I followed the recipe exactly. There were three of us for breakfast, and I only got one pancake! Very well received. I thought they kind of tasted like a donut. They were not the fluffiest pancake in the world, but certainly light and fluffy enough.

I'll add a bit more milk next time. The pancakes came out a little chewier than I prefer. Great flavor, though. I cut the sugar a bit and added fresh blueberries.

I just tossed my old recipe and put this one in its place. These turned out wonderful and fluffy. I follow the recipe and had no problems with flat pancakes. I made half with blueberries and they were delicious.

Nice basic recipe that you can modify. I had a bag of frozen cherries in the freezer. I chopped up about 1/2 cup and added it to the pancakes.

Pancakes are delicouses. I do not use the nutmeg and I use 1 tablespoon of vanilla instead of the 1/2 teaspoon. Pancakes always come out nice and fluffy. This is the recipe I use all the time when making pancakes....No more box mix for me! :

They are very good but a little sweet for my taste. I might try 2 Tablespons of Sugar next time. These were very fluffy. The recipe called for "one Tablespoon" of "Baking Powder", more than I would have expected. I wonder if some people read that as "one Teaspoon". That would explain some people having nice fluffy pancakes and other having flat ones.

Good, but not great. I will skip the nutmeg next time, but it did come out fluffy for me. Not sure if other people had old baking powder because mine was definately not a crepe.
