Forget making this for kids, I wanted to make this for myself and it was totally worth it. I used chicken tenders instead of breasts because that's what I had on hand and followed the rest of the recipe to the T.
It was easy to make and they came out perfectly golden brown. My husband loved them! They are officially on my favorite meal rotation!

These turned out sooo good. I made these for dinner tonight for the kids along with fresh corn on the cob. I used 1/2 cup of buttermilk instead of 1/4 and marinated the chicken for about 20 minutes in the frig and added some of Paula Dean's house seasoning to the buttermilk/egg mixture. I fried the chicken in peanut oil. Very yummy and crispy!! I will definitely make these again.
