    Pretty good.

Dip: It was a big thin, something to make it a bit thicker would be nice.

Chicken: Add more spices to the breadcrumbs like onion and garlic powder and a bit of paprika for flavor.

I seasoned the chicken in Emeril Essence as a marinade. It gave the chicken great flavor and a little kick. The panko crust was just right. Everyone loved them. Very easy and flavorful.

The chicken turned out very blan, and unfortunatley I didn't get that desired crispyness that you enjoy in a chicken finger. The blue cheese dip however was wonderful! It's nice to have a homemade creamy dressing that is lower in calories. I'm planning on making the dressing tonight to have over a large salad with grilled shrimp! My advice......keep the dip and hold the chicken.
