Ingredients
- 1 small papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- Pineapple wedges and/or maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions
Combine the papaya, banana, strawberries and about 15 ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2-ounce shot glasses and garnish with pineapple and/or cherries.

I made this for the first time this morning as a quick breakfast. I didn't have very much ice so I used a mix of frozen and fresh fruit. It was really good and felt like a nice healthy start but I do think that the ice would definitely have blended in better than the frozen fruit. I'll definitely be making this again with all fresh fruit!
