    This is delicious!

    I couldn't find pappardelle so I used linguine and it was really good! I prefer to use the pre-grated Parmesan for this. The fresh stuff tastes good but clean-up was terrible. It stuck to everything and I ended up throwing out my scrubber because I couldn't get the cheese off. So the second time I made it, I used the stuff in a shaker; it worked so much better. Just use the fresh kind for on top.

    Simple and refreshing. Like what other reviews commented, this could be a "base" recipe where other ingredients could be added or substituted for variety. Pappardelle wasn't that readily available, but I managed to find it in the Wholefoods market eventually.

    I LOVED this! The sauce was amazing. I didn't need to use any of the pasta water, the sauce was great without it. Even the kids liked it. The fresh tomatoes gave it an excellent flavor. I will definitely be making this again!!
