JUST AWESOME! I made it exactly as the recipe read and it was DELICIOUS! The only change I would make is to leave out the last 1/2 teaspoon of salt, as the dish was salty. This is better than any Olive Garden dish!

I have enjoyed this recipe all summer long! I throw in fresh bias cut asparagus when I have it which amps up the flavor. Any long thin noodle pasta may be substituted, although pappardelle is to die for!

Quick, simple, summery goodness! I can't belive how much flavor came out of just a few fresh ingredients tossed with pasta. This one's a keeper.

Made this over the weekend and it was delicious! Next time thinking of adding asparagus or peas. Thanks for this easy, yummy recipe!

I love this recipe,I actually added a pound of fresh shrimp after you saute the tomatoes, and I like to use adobo seasoning in all my recipes, that call for salt and pepper.
The next time I make it,I am also gonna add asparagas tips to it:

Amazing...the fresh corn and grape tomatoes works well with this pasta. I did find the pappardelle in Meijer. Will be making this alot as long as the corn is in season.

I absolutely loved this! I added some roasted mushrooms to it, and extra olive instead of butter. I used oregano, a good amount of garlic, and paprika for more flavor. Everyone thought it was a hit!
