I love this! I've made it several times. Don't worry if you're missing a few toppings; it's still great. A challenge to eat because the sandwich is chopped full of yummy things, but worth every bite that's scooped up off the plate.

Just finished eating this wonderful sandwich and it was fantastic! Recently had a trip to the farmers market so I was lucky enough to have the "early girl" tomatoes sitting in my fridge and that just completely made this sandwich over the top for me. Really awesome play on the nicoise salad which is the only way I have enjoyed these ingredients together in the past. I will definitely be making this sandwich again! Great recipe....

Parisian tuna sandwiches are one of my favorite recipes. I made it tonight for dinner and was thinking of posting the recipe on Facebook because it was that good and everyone should be making it, but decided that people didn't need to know what I made for dinner. Unfortunately the artichokes that I had tasted a little "off" so I didn't use them. But I am sure they would make the sandwich even better ... if that is possible. I used a good Italian bread. I think it is important to buy good bread or crispy rolls. Whatever you do, don't buy soft rolls, as the recipe suggests. The bread has a lot to do with the flavor as well. A great spin on the classic salad nicoise.

This sandwich has a lot of ingredients, but it is soooo easy to make and it turned out so well. I didn't have tomatoes and I don't like anchovies so I skipped them, but it had so much going on that I really didn't feel like anything was missing. I had to press it down for a minutes before eating, because this makes one fat sandwich.. :-

We make this at least once a month. Really great sandwich and dont leave out the anchovies!! My girlfriend hates anchovies so the first time I made it I did it without...even she likes it better with them in,

This classic sandwich is simply perfect. It is always such a pleasure to learn something new when I thought that I already knew everything.
