This classic sandwich is simply perfect. It is always such a pleasure to learn something new when I thought that I already knew everything.

I made this for lunch tomorrow and it is great! Of course I had it for dinner tonight to be sure! The artichokes add a nice touch............easy and tasty

I made this for lunch today for my husband and me, and we both loved it. My husband made the comment that he felt as though he was having lunch at an upscale bistro/deli. Excellent recipe; a real "keeper"

I saw this in the Food Network Magazine and decided to try it for my family. It was really easy to make and super delicious, even my 3 year old twins couldn't get enough! This could be easily substituted with any other vegetables you have in the fridge that need to be used.
