This was very easy to make. I blanched the broccoli but did not keep it in the hot water for too long. My family loved it.

Would have liked a more detailed recipe like how much olive oil, how much bread crumbs, how much cheese and garlic. I winged it according to my taste and it was good. I feel if there were measured ingredients it would have been great.

    Delicious and easy!

After reading some of the reviews, I skipped the blanching and the broccoli turned out great. I put loads of garlic in it, and went heavier on the parmesan than I did with the breadcrumbs - definitely a repeat, and maybe next time I'll try it with cauliflower.

I do this all of the time with broccoli and cauliflower. I never steam or blanch though, it comes out crunchy that way and it stands up as leftovers (if there are any the next day. I use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Delicious! (Giada also has a Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan and Pancetta recipe that's sounds yummy!

This was easy, fast, and my 10-year-old son ate it. I will definitely make this again.

I'm always looking for new recipes for broccoli. My roommate and I are on a healthy diet and must eat a lot of broccoli, so even though this recipe requires cheese, just a little parmesan made this dish tasty along with the lemon. Made broccoli so much more appetizing.
