My kids loved it (me too! It was easy and I usually have the incredients (or substitutes on hand. I used bacon, instead of prosciutto, and drained as much oil as I could before the wine. Also I used half and half instead of heavy cream. It turned out great - its a keeper.

Made this for dinner last night it was fantastic! Easy to make and very flavorful. Even my son who was unsure about the snap peas said it was great and ate everything. Will definitely be making again.

This was a super delicious! I actually cooked the asparagus longer than a minute (that is not enough time - but still left it with some bite and added 1/2 cup of parmesan to the cream sauce. At the end I sprinkled on another 1/2 cup and freshly ground pepper. My daughter (Aspergers with some food sensory issues had 2 helpings! Looking forward to making it again.
