Followed this recipe as is and it did NOT come out at all. The peanut butter layer was great but the rasberry layer was a watery mess.......a lot of trouble to be such a disappointment. I will not try again.

If it is for more than 4 people, make a double batch. I made this for a dinner with friends and it was INHALED. Absolutely perfect for peanut butter fan!

This was absolutely amazing. As soon as I saw it in the magazine, I knew I had to make it. It was moist, flavourful, and had a great texture. I found it got better the longer it sat too!

If you're a fan of PB&J, this is a grown up treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

My sister made this for Thanksgiving (we were having a non-traditional dinner and wanted a non traditional dessert and it was a hands down winner. She had difficulties finding raspberries, so she used a bag of frozen mixed berries, thawed over a colander to remove the liquid. This worked out great, since the mixture had blackberries so it tasted a little bit of grape jelly, which is our preferred companion to peanut butter. I was weary about shaving some chocolate over it (a Hershey's bar! but when I tasted it I believe it actually rounded out the flavor (think Reeses peanut butter cups. We will definitively will be making it again.

This is a very easy recipe to make and is DELICIOUS. Raspberry's make it very light and refreshing. I will need to make this again and/or find more recipies to use the framboise.

This recipe is Delicious... It is light and refreshing and a great summer desert...the presentation is beautiful, and it is very easy to put together in advance for your favorite party or family affair... I doubled the recipe and made it in a 13x9x2..This one is a keeper..

Excellent! A little pricy to make, but a great dessert for company. Not too diffucult to make, tastes great, and beautiful - what more could you ask for? Great recipe!

I made this today for company. It was very easy to eat and tasted so good. It looked like it would be heavy but the raspberries cut down on the heavyness and it was refreshing! My company all loved it and wanted the recipe!!!
