These are delicious, absolutely delicious. I think about what I would have to pay for these at Starbuck's, and it blows my mind. They're surprisingly easy to make, FUN to make, and come out perfect. I didn't have the dry roasted peanuts on hand, so I omitted them, and I can say that you don't need 'em. SUPER recipe, thanks!

My family loved this recipe. I reduced the peanuts to about 3/4 cup chopped and about a cup of chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips. I will definitely make this recipe again.

I made this for my Italian friend who loves Biscotti! She really liked them.
I made them with normal peanut butter, not the natural. I would also use less peanuts, they were a little much for me. I also drizzled the tops with chocolate and peanut butter.
They were easy to make and taste great!! Good recipe!

I bake biscotti frequently and have for years, but had never tried peanut butter ones. I followed the recipe and checked my measurements before starting mixing. I used natural peanut butter (the type you need to stir in the jar before you use it. After mixing the dough turned out way too soft. I ended up adding an additional cup of flour to make it the consistency of other biscotti I have made. I added the 1 1/4 cups of peanuts and chocolate chips and think that is too much. Next time I will only add 1 cup of each. I haven't tasted these yet but hope they are a yummy as everyone says.

These are easy and so tasty. The most important part is browning the butter. It adds a richness to the flavor of the biscotti. Great with tea, coffee, or hot chocolate on a cold day. Not too sweet. I gave them as part of my holiday baskets and they were a hit.

I am a college student, on a budget and busy, and I found these cookies to be not only easy to make, but were also inexpensive to make. They are a delicious snack when you are on the go or with some coffee/hot chocolate!

I made these last night for my two Thanksgiving festivities and not only are they super easy to make, they are absolutely delicious! I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. I also reserved some of the chips, and drizzled the finished biscotti with the melted chips...!! I hope I don't eat them all tonight!

My wife made these for her family getting-together-and-baking-cookies day. Wow. It is perfect! I am so impressed! Why would we ever again buy biscott'?! I did not make them so I cannot attest to how easy or hard they were to make, but I know the end result was impressive!

I was a little intimidated at first but was suprised at how easy it was. The only change to the recipie that I made was use walnuts instead of peanuts. This came out wonderfully!

i've just started making biscotti and i love it. this recipe is like a reese's peanut butter cup in a cookie. easy and so fun to make! i pulsed the peanuts a few times in the food processor to coarsely chop and used semi-sweet choc chips. drizzling the finished biscotti with melted chocolate gives them a beautiful appearance. and the 1 week shelf life makes biscotti, in general, terrific for gift giving. i will definitely keep making these.
