I had never made biscotti before and these turned out beautifully. I had no problem cutting or turning them (you do have to be careful, I used a lg. frosting spatula. My family loves them. The only change I made to the recipe was that I used a large Cadbury milk chocolate bar and cut it into chunks. YUMMMMM. It is a wonderful recipe! I shared it with many of my friends.Fabulous with coffee and tea!

These cookies are so good especially if you love chocolate and peanut butter together. I use only one stick of butter. I made 2 batches one with the unsalted butter and one with margarine and they came out the same. These are so yummy, and go great with a cup of tea or coffee.

I was afraid the peanut butter would be overwhelming. They are not my personal favorite, but everyone that had one really really liked it. I am making my second batch in two weeks!

I tried these to see if they would be good to serve at my daughter's wedding with other chocolate fountain goodies. I didn't have enough peanuts but it came out well anyway. Letting the log cool for 20-30 minutes makes the cutting easier. Great recipe!

I've never made biscotti before but found this to be extremely easy to prepare. I felt there may have been too many peanuts but everyone who tried them thought the receipe was perfect. I will make this again and often!

All my peanut butter and chocolate lovers gobbled up even the crumbs. Great recipe.
