These were a FANTASTIC cookie. I made them for the office and they went FAST!!! Not too sweet, but just right with a cup of coffee or cocoa. I used peanut butter and chocolate chips (the swirled ones. I will definately make these again and even give as a gift!

I'm not the biggest cookie-lover, but I couldn't keep my lips off of these. I used an extra 1/4 cup of flour to bulk up the dough...might have been the humidity and altitude. I dipped them in chocolate and gave them away. Tons of compliments in my direction. We are still eating them, and they almost get better with time. Excellent recipe.

I had some difficulty with crumbling when I cut the log. The second time I tried the recipe I let the log cool for 1/2 hour and it was much easier to cut.

I was intimidated by this recipe at first but tackled it with success...it is definitely difficult not to brown the bottoms so I switched the racks continuously. My friend and I also dipped the ends in chocolate for an added treat! yum!

This recipe is easier than it sounds! I never tried making biscotti before, but this was so easy and so delicious. I did use regular peanut butter instead of natural, but the cookies still got rave reviews! This would be great to make and give as a party favor too!
