I have made a pecan pie every thanksgiving for the last five years and this year I didn't bring my normal receipe so I tried this one and it was the only pie, out of 10 different deserts, that was completely gone (and with in twenty mintues!.

It was everyones favorite. I'm going to make another one next week.

I have made this several times now and each time it came out perfect. I used store-bought crust and it is still delicious. Up the bourbon for an extra kick.

I made this recipe for the holidays and not only did the people who like pecan pie like it but even the people who didn't like pecan pie liked it. These people are family and wouldn't lie to me. :

Made this pie for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. The Bourbon is key to the great taste. My husband is begging for me to make it again so he doesn't have to share!

I MADE THIS PIE FOR THANKSGIVING 06 AND IT WAS SOOO GOOOOD. MY HUSBAND (AND GUESTLOVED IT! I OVER COOKED IT BY ACCIDENT AND IT STILL TASTED GOOD. OH YEAH I DIDN'T HAVE ANY BOURBON, SO I LEFT IT OUT. IT WAS GOOD ANYWAY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

I made just the filling with a different crust recipe. I overcooked the pie a little (my fault - not the recipe's, but it still had wonderful flavor. The bourbon adds a lot to this recipe. I barely got a piece before the pie disappeared.

I really love pecan pie, but never made one until yesterday. I saw this recipe and thought instead of buying one, I make it. How easy and yummy this pie was. I am going to make it all the time!

I made this for Thanksgiving in 2005 and EVERYONE loved it! My husband is a traditional pumpkin pie guy, but this year, he specifically requested this pie.
