This was wonderful... it got rave reviews. It turned out perfectly, in spite of the fact that I had never baked a pecan pie in my life! :-

This is a great pie! I tried it with chopped walnuts in place of the pecans and "Crown Royal" in place of the burbon. We call it Whiskey Walnut Pie!
