    I can mess up ANY recipe this one however is super easy and SO Delicious!!! The basil adds such great flavor my husband and son were so impressed. Making this recipe for my next dinner party.

    Everyone said this was the best Vodka Sauce they ever had and said it was as good as any fine restaurant....I started with diced pancetta however, then sauted the onion and garlic and used San Marzano tomatoes.....Fantastic and easy!

    Awesome!!! Everyone loved it last night. Discovered we were out of Vodka at the last minute so used dry white wine. It was amazing!!!! I will use Vodka and make my own marinara next time and see how that goes. This is a definite keeper. :

    Loved it!!! And so did everyone else. Use less vodka than recommended though 1/2 cup was a bit much, but other than that no complaints will for sure make it again.

    The people I cooked it for loved it but it was a little saucy for my taste. Next time I'll add a bit more heavy cream.

    Fantastic flavor! A very gourmet taste without the hassle. I did, however, use white wine in place of Vodka because that is what I had on hand. I also followed several suggestions and added shredded chicken. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!!!
