    Great sauce, I make Habanero infused vodka and use this vodka for this sauce and Bloody Mary's. It adds a great kick to the dish.

    it is close to the most basic tomato, cream, vodka classic. Not adding herbs or anything would have earned five stars.

    Well, this is a quick and easy masterpiece. The kids love it. I like to add to recipes...sometimes, as with this, the recipe is enhanced. I added mushrooms (about 4 oz, red pepper (small - sautee for 7 minutes before adding, and 6 oz of mild italian sausage (obviously cooked prior to adding. Mix it all up prior to adding the heavy cream and simmer.

    Wow. Takes like Italy!
