    This was very good, but a little bland for us. Could add a touch more of the red pepper flakes. I also added a half pound of shrimp that I had sauteed' in a little butter. I'll make this again.

    Definitely would make this again. My only suggestion, make sure you cook down the vodka. I don't know if I used too good of vodka or just didn't cook it down enough but we could still taste it a little more than usual. Overall very good and easy.

    How can something so easy be so tasty? I am so happy that I have leftovers for lunch! I prepared this recipe for a Friday night Happy Hour at our house. The recipe is perfect as is but I had feta in my cheese drawer so I opted for feta. Fabulous. The perfect pasta "small plates" offering!

    All I have to say is O...M...G! This is by far the best Vodka Sauce recipe I have found. It was so easy and I couldn't stop eating it because it was so good! Thank goodness it made more than the 4 servings because I will be eating this for the next couple of days!

    Just made this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious!!!!!! Im soo happy I now know how to make a vodka sauce : Deff. going to become a repeated dish. Next time Im gonna make chicken cutlets with it tho.

    I upped the ingrediants to make 6 servings instead of four, which was plenty for 5 people, but this is soo good that you may eat more than one serving. Only suggestion I would make is when you go to add the reserved pasta water, add a little bit at a time & see how it goes. I added the whole 1/2 cup & the sauce was a little bit too loose & watery. If i added just a bit less it wouldve been perfect.
