This is a tart/sweet recipe. My family loveds this recipe so I double the recipe. Also, it is very easy to make.

This is the only recipe for cranberry sauce I have ever tried, but I've made it two years in a row and had rave reviews. I didn't feel the need to look any further because this one is SO good and super easy! I use raw sugar - I don't know if that makes a difference in taste. The sugar dissolve time is a little longer.

This is absolutely the easiest, tastiest, cranberry sauce recipe ever!!! I LOVE IT!!! This was a huge hit @ Thanksgiving last year and I'm using it again this year. I love the simplicity of it. I would definitely recommend this recipe to ALL those Do-It-Yourself Holiday Cooks out there. You will not be disappointed. The name says it all, PERFECT CRANBERRY SAUCE!!!

This is the best I've ever had or made. I use Splenda, and sometimes add two cups of frozen strawberries.

I love this recipe, my husband will not even touch canned sauce anymore unless it's mine from this recipe. I always make an extra big batch by at leaste tripling the recipe, for my own canning and or freezing while the fresh cranberries are in season. Wonderful as a side to any meal after the Holidays from Cornish game hens to roast turkey.
The only change I make to this recipe is substitute orange juice for water and use the zest of a medium lemon rather than orange or lemon strip only.

Yes, it is this simple and this is all you need to do. This is they way I do cranberries every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. No need to buy that canned junk and no need to do anything else to this. Leave it alone and do it just like this.
