    This is the secret recipe for good gravy. It took more time than I usually devote to gravy - but it was worth it. The recipe made lots of gravy - enough for left overs! And it was very delicious with the right consistency and color. And my dogs loved the discarded liver and gizzards that had been simmered in spices and vegetables and broth.

    I made this for Thanksgiving and it came out perfectly! It was amazing and delicious- my whole family loved it! This is was also the FIRST time I ever made homemade gravy and it still came out wonderful. It does take some time, but with patience, it will be great!

    This does take some time but it came out perfectly in the end.This will be my go to gravy for all holiday dinners, I give it 5 stars !
