The grocery store was out of ground turkey so I used ground chicken instead and it was delicious! Only complaint was that I used too much Dijon! I would definitely make again.

One word. Delicious! This will be on my family menu for years to come! We used Sandwich Thins instead of the English Muffins, and we were impressed with the results!

I used a couple of regular white mushrooms instead of the portabella cap and it worked out fine. Burgers were moist and juicy, even after I reheated the leftovers in a frying pan the next day. I will def make these again, however, next time I plan on adding a lot more worcestershire and maybe a little garlic (Burgers were tasty, but need a little something extra flavor wise. The english muffins also made the perfect sized bun!

The best turkey burger we've ever had even though I used what I had on hand: canned portabellas, dried parsley and regular onion and cooked it on the George Foreman grill. It was a little on the peppery side for us so I will reduce pepper next time. I ate mine sans bun and with smashed avocado...mmm. Looking forward to trying this recipe again with all fresh ingredients. Definitely a keeper and so glad to find a healthy and DELICIOUS alternative to the usual burger!

Such a great burger! Served as recommended with dijon mustard and mayo with avocado. Everyone loved the idea to use english muffins. Started doing it with all burgers to cut down on the carb load. We cook these at least one a month.

Very good burger! Not dense and dry like other turkey burgers. Also similar in texture to ground beef. Can't wait to try this recipe again!

These burgers were moist and flavorful! The flavor develops even more the next day. Didn't miss the red meat.

I'm not going to lie I was skeptical at first...And I was slapped in the face with the reality of a great turkey burger recipe! (I'm happy to say. The burgers were extremely moist, which is a huge factor when it comes to a turkey burger. The flavors were phenomenal. I followed the recipe exactly - but now that I have the hang of it I will dress it up with maybe some lettuce instead of avocados. But I will not be touching the actual ingredients in the turkey patty. this recipe is a keeper!

My family loves this burger, it is moist & delicious! I have no need to find another recipe. I make this burger a couple times a month. It works well with all types of buns!
