Hands down the best, must juicy turkey burger I have ever eaten. I'll never eat another store bought, pre-formed turkey burger again. These are better than beef hamburgers. Nobody I've served them to has not raved about how flavorful they are.

I loved this recipe!!!!!!! I've never eaten a turkey burger before and never reviewed a recipe before. I will only eat these now and hardly never eat hamburgers. I made the meat part the way the recipe said, then I topped it with spinach on a whole wheat bun. YUMMY> I use my grill pan in the winter.

These are truly amazing. My dad - formerly a professional chef - and sister are not big turkey burger fans because they find them too dry, but I made these and they RAVED about them for days. So juicy and perfect. My 1 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old nieces devoured them too. We used toasted brioche buns instead of English muffins and goat cheese instead of manchego or cheddar.

great inspiration for a turkey burger but i tweaked the recipe a bit. i subbed fresh thyme for the parsley for a little boost of flavor. omitted the avocado and swiss and added tomatoe basil and fresh burrata. sooo good!!! guess i just was in more of an italian mood. but adding processed portobello and shallots to ground turkey is genius!

This recipe rocks! I have tried other turkey burgers but they were always dry. These were absolutely fantastic. I even had one the next day reheated-and it still was moist! The only thing I did different was I used dry parsley in a smaller amount than the fresh as I didnt have fresh available and of course I used a hamburger bun. Great Recipe!!!

Very good burgers. I used burger buns instead of english muffins. Would cook it a few minutes less next time so they don't dry out, 15-20 minutes is a long time for turkey burgers.

Incredible! We've had these twice in the past three weeks, and I don't think I'll ever try another turkey burger recipe. I don't think anything could top the flavor and moisture of these burgers. You don't even have to like turkey burgers to love these bad boys.

I have tried many turkey burger recipes and this one is the best ever. I will make these again and again. I used baby portabellas and very very good...that is the secret as other reviewers have stated. just don't over-cook or they might be too dry. I used high quality pasture-raised, free range ground turkey..I mixed dark with white meat - very expensive but the flavor is phenomenal!
