This was packed with great flavors! I added a little cream right before I served it and also sprinkled grated romano and chopped proscuitto on each bowl.

Amazingly delicious and easy to prepare. I added beef, beef stock, and carrots.

I served soup to three friends and the recipe was requested by a terrific Italian cook. I used a cup of chicken stock instead of water and 12 oz. of sauteed chicken basil sausage.

I bought the soup kit and added crispy bacon and spinach. When I served this soup along with a fresh french bread, my husband was so impressed. He loved it! Did I add that I am a lousy cook; not anymore thanks to you. Total time - 20 min.

This was soooooo delicious. I did omit the olives, but put in about a quarter pound of crumbled Italian sausage.

Super easy to make and delicious flavors! Didn't have a lot of time to make something but this was fast and nutritious. Will be making this a staple and have already recommended this to my friends!

Easy and Tasty. I added corn starch until I reached the consistency I needed for french bread bowls and doubled the recipe. Also added sausage to make it extra hardy. Great comfort food and reminds me of the recipe used at the place with the all you can eat soup and salad. I will be using and altering this one for friends and family in the future.
