    When I worked, I used English Muffin halves for a quick snack after work instead of Dinner.As pita bread came in to popularity this is even better.Try All types of unusual breads~such as Lebanese and rolls that are too big for one.Biscuits too.

    I wouldn't classify this recipe as easy though it turned out well. You have to pit the olives, and there is a lot of prep work. I baked the pizza in the oven instead of on the grill because I just don't have that many hands. The end result was very delicious, and my husband and I ate every bite.
