I was excited about the novelty of this, and then shocked that the food network would publish this recipe. This recipe just doesn't work out well...too much to roll up on a stick...and the results don't taste as good as a slice of pizza...soooo...what's the point? Big waste of time.

The name says it all. This is almost as bad as pizza in a cup from the movie The Jerk with Steve Martin.

Based on the previous posts, we didn't roll out the dough from the package and made bigger pizza bundles. This meant we could stuff them more easily, and they stayed on the sticks. They weren't pretty or so easy to roll, but our friends loved them enough that it didn't matter that they were on the big side.

I agree with the previous post, difficult to roll up. If the dough has thin spots it tends to tear. I prepared the recipe without any changes or additions. The taste was good but I would not serve this as a appitizer for a party. It was just too big to be finger food and it falls of the stick easily. Could cut the dough smaller, just not sure how that would roll up.

These were IMPOSSIBLE to roll up and fold perfectly. There isn't enough room to put marinara sauce, cheese, and topping on the inside... when you go to roll them up, everything falls out, and the rolls dont stay closed. I even tried to keep them closed with a toothpick but they still busted open.
Yes they are tasty, because its just pizza... but to be able to make these "on a stick" and perfect is impossible.
