I loved this recipe. The only thing I changed was using a pork loin that I cut into 1/2 " slices instead of pork chops. I have never been able to find any pork chops anywhere that taste great. The dish came out great! Loved the onion and apple mix. And it's fairly quick, and not horribly fattening.

This dish was delicious. The whole family loved it. The portions were perfect and we didn't have any leftovers. Everyone was contently full. For being so low in fat and calories, I was impressed that the recipe did not compromise on portion size and flavor. This one is a keeper!

    Great Fall Dish!
Make sure to get a bit of everything on your fork and it all comes together! Very tasty and the whole family liked it.

This was delightful!! Very easy to make, Generally have all these ingredients on hand. This will be one of my favorites to fallback on now. I love variety at mealtime. And surprising my husband with meals that he has NEVER had before, delights me!!

This was a great recipe. My whole family loved it (from the pre-schooler to the high schooler. Directions were easy to follow and the final product was great. Thanks! P.S. I was very glad to be able to use the fresh sage I am growing on my windowsill. Bonus!

It was amazing! I've never been much for following recipes, however, this one was easy and oh so delicious. The only change I made was using almond milk instead of buttermilk for the potatoes.
