My boyfriend loves pork chops, so I wanted to find a good recipe for him. I made this he, his kids and I all loved it. (even though the teen girl swore she didn't like pork chops I really liked the sauce, too, but I was the only one who used it, so I haven't made it since.
These chops are so good, they don't need the sauce!
Told my friend I made chops; she asked, "did ya do like me, cook 'em, decide they're too dry and refuse to eat 'em?" NOPE! :-D GREAT CHOPS!

My husband made this dish for me and it was wonderful! He served it with creamy mashed potatoes and green beans. He also had such a wonderful time playing with my kitchen torch!

I made this dish when my husbands family came to dinner. This recipe was very quick and easy to prepare. All of our guests would not believe I was not in the kitchen all afternoon. It goes perfectly with the cabbage recipe from the same show.

Loved this recipe, but will cut way back on the salt next time. Also, my pan didn't flame when I added the bourbon. Still tasted great though.

The sauce is a delicious addition to a thick chop. Tyler never disappoints me.
