Plate this one up right and guests will think they are in a fine restaurant. Everyone I've served this to has loved it. An excellent step away from the everyday ho-hum pork chop.

Not too many ingredients. Easily put together with items I already had. Family all loved it. A definite "make again" - would be great for company. I served it with lightly buttered spaetzle and a mixed green salad.

Chops were moist especially near the bone. The sauce was a nice complement to the meat and the red cabbage that was part of the menu was terrific. I will certainly make this again.

I tried out this recipe this weekend. It included many ingredients, but all I could taste was the mustard. If you love mustard, this is the perfect recipe for you to try, but beware the measurements aren't accurate. I had to use a little more heavy cream, bourbon, and mustard than the recipe called for.

Of course, we overcooked the chops but we thought the sauce, though tasty, was a bit bland and ended up adding more of everything for a richer sauce. The cabbage was MIGHTY tasty, potatoes too. Overall, nice dish.

The chops were delicious. The sauce seemed like it was missing something, but it was good.
