    Very good. For the mop, I didn't have sherry vinegar, so used red wine vinegar. And I didn't have chipotle chile hot sauce, so just chopped up an equal amount of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce. I will be making this again.

    I and my (picky boyfriend loved this recipe. It took no time at all to prepare. Constrained by what I had in my cabinets, I substituted apple cider vinegar for sherry vinegar and cayenne hot sauce for chipotle hot sauce. It still turned out fantastic.

    This is definitely a weekend recipe for when you have ample time. It took quite a while to make but was excellent and very flavorful. I will definitely make it again!

    My family loved this. I did cook it a bit longer since my kids will not eat anything that is red inside, but it was still very tender and the taste was out of this world. Even my picky eater loved it.

    While I made some substitutions to this recipe to suit what I had on hand, this recipe was very easy to make, easy to prep, and very good.
