My husband and I were both skeptical about this recipe. But it was delicious, healthy, and really quick and easy to make. Heating the paprika in the hot oil produced such a fantastic fragrance. From the start I knew this would be a winner!

Simple and tasty. Probably the most important thing is keeping the fish intact. The thin slices of green pepper and onion, the chunks of tomato, and tender bite-sized pieces of fish make it a delectable stew. Easy does it.

I was skeptical, but it turned out to be DELICIOUS! Even my husband, who doesn't care for tomato bases to soups or sauces, told me how much he liked it and thought it was delicious, too! I used tilapia, some hot paprika for a little kick, and sprinkled in some '21 spice mix' from TJs (I love that stuff on all dinners I cook!. And, I put some peeled and deveined shrimp in to cook with everything for the last 2-3 minutes. Turned out awesome, and I'll definitely make again as a quick and healthy dinner!

Delicious and easy that's really all that needs to be said. I used monkfish because the fish in the recipe is out of season. It was a little spicier than expected but really delicious.

My boyfran and I really enjoyed this recipe. Healthy and delicious to da max bb. My man tasted it and he was like " dammmnnnnnnnnnnn so good" so i gave myself a pat on the back and stole a 20 from his wallet to reward myself for a job well done. Downside, now he keep askin' for this fish stew and i gotta cook it more than i want to be in da kitchen bb. Thanks a lot. But delicious nonetheless.

I added reduced sodium chicken broth instead of water and it was very good. I"ll make it again with more bell peppers.

Wow - this was really good. Added clams, chicken broth, and potatoes, as others suggested. Also happened to have a chorizo link that I chopped and added. Can't wait to make this again!

Fantastic recipe. I followed the other reviewers suggestions by substituting chicken stock for the water, and adding shrimp (thanks reviewers. Probably any white fish will work, I used fresh haddock. Make sure you use a good smoked paprika for plenty of heat. We will definitely enjoy this recipe again.
