This was so good! I use tilapia instead and added a little bit of oregano and shrimp. I'll be making this next time!:

This receipe came out good. I took the advice of the other reviewers by spicing it up. I use fish stock which gave it good flvr. I also used flvr diced tomatoes. Overall, it was delicious.. I will make again. Thanks food network!

A good base recipe - but it needs a bit of work. I made this last night using tilapia and it held up well and was super tasty. Added 4 cloves of garlic instead of 1, used a can of no salt added diced tomatoes and used all fish stock which REALLY helped the flavor. I didn't bother toasting any bread - just used a nice crusty artisan loaf and served with crushed red pepper flakes and lime wedges on the side. Do yourself a favor and serve with the lime wedge - it does make a difference! I suggest tasting the vegetable mix before you add the stock (it needed more salt - otherwise it might end up being a little bland when you serve it. I suggest doubling or tripling the broth recipe, because there just is NOT enough with the base recipe - I am going to add 1/2 lb. shrimp next time I make this for a different flavor and texture profile. Overall, a solid recipe with great flavors, but tweak it to your liking.

We LOVED this! Like many of the other reviewers, I used chicken stock instead of water and I added 6 little neck clams. I used halibut and it was so perfectly cooked. I also added red quinoa for a different texture and for the nice addition of (more color. I'm making this again in a couple days for friends. Amazingly easy, fast and incredibly tasty!

The easiest, tastiest, quickest way to cook fish! With all the sauces and spices, you can't go wrong! I also use chicken stock instead of water. Added shrimp and scallops. super yum!

Wow. Really good and easy- from a guy that doesn't cook much. I used Tilapia instead of bass, which was perfect. Maybe serve over rice instead of bread.

Very satisfying and a great change of pace from the regular quick meals I make. I suggest cutting everything ahead of time since it does cook quickly and then enjoying a glass of wine while you drop it in the pan. I did substitute half of the water with some chicken broth for added taste and sliced french bread, brushed it with olive oil and baked it for a couple minutes to ensure the bread was very crunchy. I am excited to make this again!

Very easy to make and is a good dinner to cook on weekdays when you are rushed for time. I used Tilipia and it came out wonderful. Paired it with a dutch crust bread to make a wonderful fast meal.

I thought the stew wouldn't be very tasty since it is a quick cook, but it came out delicious.

This recipe was fantastic and super easy to make! My grocery store was limited in the fish selection so I used cod. Like every recipe I make some modifications so on this one I used a cup of chicken broth and a splash of white wine instead of the water. I think this added more flavor to the dish. The only problem I had with this recipe was that the broth was so delicious it was one of the first things to go! Next time I will add more tomato juice and broth to make it more like a soup.

As a Marylander married to someone who loves to rockfish, I finally know what to do with his catch. This stew is incredibly easy and absolutely delicious. With a loaf of crusty Italian bread, my whole family gobbled it up! We kicked it up a notch by passing around crushed red pepper at the table.
