    This is wonderful recipe. I made this recipe as is once. Now I just cook the veggies in the pan with the roast. A lot less trouble and still delicious.

    This is my all time favorite meal. Just be sure you get a good cut of meat. I have done it with less quality beef and it just isnt as tender. Spend the extra few dollars and enjoy the most tender, melt in your mouth beef you will ever eat. The flavor is supurb. I make it every chance I get.
