    These were easy and a nice touch to the table! I put salt and fresh pepper on each prior to serving. I added chives, dill, and parsley. Make sure to allow them to cool to room temp or the creme fraiche will melt off. Kids loved them and the adults did too.

    I love potatoes, and living in Idaho we have tasty ones, I made these for a party treat, using grated cheddar on some and jack on the other along with bacon bits..and a little green onions chopped. Delicious. Your kids could make these for an after school treat.

    This recipe is amazing!!! I made it for my 11 year old daughters b-day and by the end of the party, even the crumbs were gone! I am very satisfied with the results and I recomend this to all of you.
