The instructions for "Make the Kanishes" are included in the additional nine photos. Because this came out of the magazine, it was very easy to see the instructions on the opposite page. Still, there should be a note in the instructions to make this clear.

Am I missing something??
After the lengthy preparation of both filling and dough, it says "Make the knishes". How? Divide dough in 6 pieces, etc., etc.,???
Something seems to be missing!

Good for first time knishe maker. Dough was easy and very moist. Next time I would use more onions less kasha and lots of mashed potatoes. Great for lunch or side dish.I would try this recipe again. My family enjoyed them with a good mustard.
