    They look absolutely YUMM! I can't wait to surprise my husband with this one. I'm visualizing a LARGE, CRISPY made from scratch cookie for the sandwich. Of course, the cookie will, of course, determine the flavor of ice cream i'll use. The possibilities are endless, here, and i'm dying to try it! How about a nice pistachio ice cream with melt in your mouth scratch shortbread cookies -- YUMM!

    this was the most AMAISING ice cream sandwich that has FRESH nuts in it that i have ever found definatley try it!!
