I am not an expert cook and I have never made pulled pork before. I was scared (so was my husband because like the poster below said, it looked like boiled pork and way too much liquid. BUT then I followed the directions EXACTLY and after pulling the pork and adding it back to the liquid it turned into the most amazing sauce, not liquidy at all.
We are not a spicy family but we found that this had a great combination with a little bit of heat. I am making this again on the weekend for my daughters birthday!
So easy, So Awesome!!!!
(I used, pork chops, bone out, in a big pot on the stove and cooked it a little longer

This recipe creates nothing more than a boiled pork chop. The chunks don't shred, you end up slicing it. You taste a little cinnamon. If you want a true pulled pork recipe, this is not what you are looking for. Save the tenderloin for homemade chops or something else. This will disappoint you if you want a bar b que type flavor.

Tasty, but I cooked mine on stovetop and simmered for a couple hours, until it was falling apart, and served on a bun toasted in the george forman grill.

EXCELLENT in every way! I have a really painful disability of my left leg, and am always looking for quick, easy, but TASTY meals that I can make for my husband and I, and this was a winner! It took no time to make, and it was great. I had read all the reviews prior to making it, so I did cut back on the cinnamon. Others said it was too spicy and that they didn't like the molasses. We are a family that LOVES spicy, and really like molasses, so it was fine with us. Next time I could actually make it hotter. Either more cayenne, or maybe a Jalepeno Pepper? Some said there wasn't enough sauce, so I added a bit more broth. Problem with that is then it doesn't thicken enough! But that was my mistake. I didn't think I'd like the slaw, but it complimented the sandwich so well. We put it right on the sandwich! YUMMY.... I highly recommend this recipe. Thank you again Food Network, Kathy H.

I love this recipe!!! My fiance is obsessed!! I have changed it around a little bit. I used far less cinnamon and molasses, because I found it overpowering. I have also doubled this recipe numerous times, and it is just as good!! I would highly recommend making this, but cut back on the cinnamon and molasses!

I doubled the recipe and found that the vinegar was overwhelming. The meat was juicy and pulled easily, but was definitely hidden in all that vinegar.

It was delicious and so easy! The spice was just the right amount. I followed the recipe to a T, and everything turned out perfectly. Would be very easy to double this for a larger group also.

I followed the recipe but cooked a little longer. It is perfect. Leftovers are great too.
