This is my husband's favorite sandwich recipe. He loves spicy food and this has enough kick to keep his taste buds happy. I think that the slaw gives the sandwich a nice texture, but is overpowered by the spices. It is also delicious as a side. I think I might add brown sugar the next time I make it to try to make a little different flavor.

Yummyyyy and so easy!! I did cheat a bit at the end and added in about 4 tablespoons of my favorite store-bought barbecue sauce, but other than that I followed the recipe. It was delish and will definitely be made again. I didn't miss the fatty meat, either :

This recipe is WONDERFUL! If you make it, you have to use the broccoli-slaw on the sandwich because that is what really makes it so tasty!
A couple of modifications I made:
Used a little extra chili seasoning since I did not have cayenne on hand
Used 2 tablespoons of sugar since I did not have molasses on hand
Multiplied the recipe for the sauce x1.5-last time when I followed the recipe there was not enough
Added horseradish and a little mayo to the broccoli-slaw dressing

I was really hoping that pork tenderloin would work and be a low fat alternative to traditional pulled pork but it came out too dry. The sauce was tasty but the fat content from the pork butt was sorely missing.

Delish!!!!!!!!! I added a bit more cayenne to make it more spicy, and also more onion and garlic. Best pulled pork I've ever made!!! Cheap and easy as well! Thanks again Ina!

This pulled pork is DELICIOUS! Not too sweet, not too spicy, the perfect flavor in the opinion of several friends as well as myself! I did follow the recommendations of other reviewers: I used half the amount of the cinnamon, molasses, and vinegar that the recipe called for. A great way to use up pork tenderloins that have been in your freezer for a while!

Good recipe, and easy to make. Next time will leave out the cinnamon, cut back on the vinegar, and add more garlic and chili. Tasty meal, and I'm sure leftovers will be more flavorful.

I followed recipe exactly, and I would not change anything, this had excellent flavor and just the right amount of heat. Nice and juicy, not dry like some pulled pork I've had, also had as left over with some melted cheddar. The only thing different I did, was the cook time. I cooked much longer so I could pull apart with two forks. As my friend said "KILLER" I will be making again.

Easy & good, but next time, I'm going to eliminate the cinnamon. My family & I didn't care for that but overall, it was good.

I skipped the apple cider vinager, cut the molasses in half and for some kick chopped up an ancho cipolte chilli (from a can and it was awesome! The second day I turned the left overs into a pork tacos.
