Excellent flavors! Just make sure if you get a pork loin that is a different size than the recipe calls for, adjust the rest of it accordingly! We both really enjoyed this and it was simple to make. I was worried that it wouldn't cook as quickly as it said...of course it did!

I thought it was good. I used a lighter tasting molasses because I wasn't sure I would like it's flavor. I could taste the cinnamon, but I enjoyed it! It reminded me a lot of one one of Aarti's dishes and I like her dishes.

The pork was a huge hit! However, I didn't use any molasses and I could have cut back on the cinnamon and definitely less vinegar. I added horseradish mayo to the slaw for an extra kick.

cinnamon and molasses was very overpowering and not the smell or taste I was looking for, luckily sugar and double the ketchup saved the day! THIS IS AN OKAY SAUCE BUT YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT WAY LESS CINNAMON AND MOLASSES SERIOUSLY
