If you make these, you will make everyone who eats them VERY happy - they were a huge hit at a recent party. Soft, warm, and sweet - delicious.

I made these for Christmas and my husband just loved them! They didn't take long to make and were a big hit.

I don't know what happened especially after reading all the other reviews, but my cookies were rubbery and not very tasty. Also, they seemed to NEVER get baked. I see in one of the other reviews that the amount for vanilla in the frosting was wrong. Seems like that could be corrected.

These cookies were nothing like I expected. I thought there would be some much flavor but they truly just came out very bland. I don't recommend this one at all!

My kids and I made it one afternoon. They enjoyed making it. They also liked the smell of the pumpkin. We had a fun time it was a good way to get my family together. The cookies are delicious.

This recipe is so easy to do and the results are always the finest. One difference: I use whole roasted and salted pecans. They are just the right touch.

This pumpkin cookie recipe is great. The cookie is moist and very cake like. But the cream cheese frosting was a little much. I thought the frosting was a little overpowering. But the cookie can stand on its own.

If you're looking for a very mild, not too sweet cookie, this is for you. Personally, my family has a very sweet tooth and they said it had too much cream cheese. Ah well, next receipe please.

These have a nice, though mild, pumpkiny flavor and a soft texture. Almost a little too soft for me, but my boyfriend loved them. However, I thought the cream cheese icing completely overwhelmed the pumpkin flavor of the cookies, so I made my second batch of these much smaller (pipe them out of a bag, it's way quicker and easier, and then sandwiched them together with some pumpkin frosting. Much improved pumpkin flavor that way! These are best consumed the day they are made, as they become even softer the longer the sit.

I found the receipe to extremely easy. Making them really went quick. I really liked the cookie, because it was such a nice break from all the rich foods we normally have during the holiday time. It was a soft, delicate flavored cookie that may have been somewhat bland by others, but the frosting set them off perfectly. I got many compliments on them. I'm a tea drinker and found these cookies were great with my tea. I will make them again.
