    delicious and not overly sweet. I would probably cook the crust for less time or at a lower temperature.

    this recipe is easy to follow and has fantastic results! the crust is so flaky and light and the pumpkin filling is really tasty. tasting it, you would never know that this was my first pie made from scratch!

    I was out of evaporated milk, so I had to do a quick search for a different recipe on Thanksgiving eve! This recipe was so simple and very delicious. This one will replace my traditional recipe!

    This is an excellent pumpkin pie. There are steps involved but well worth it. My husband even requested a second pie. And I have already offered to bring the pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving.

    Made this for Thanksgiving and it was GONE before all the other desserts! Everyone kept asking for the recipe! It is so smooth and creamy! I will definitely make again!

    I used non-dairy creamer instead of half and half (daughter has an allergy to dairy, it came out delicious! She is very excited to be able to have pumpkin pie. Thanks!
