I substituted chopped dried cherries for the raisins since I am not a raisin fan. I think I will use dried cranberries next time. My whole family enjoyed this recipe!

Yummy! So simple and less filling than rice or other side. This recipe had good flavor, the only thing extra I added was some lemon zest and substituted toasted slivered almonds instead of pine nuts, which was tasty.

It has potential with adjustments. I thought it had way too much garlic and the chicken broth made it too salty. Next time I might just go for one clove and water.

I love this so much. Tonight I made it with dried cranberries instead for fall. Loved it! I think next time though I will double the garlic for a bit more punch! So good, so quick, so easy...

I had never had Quinoa before this. I thought it might be bland, but I used chicken broth and it was delicious! Great texture, too!

I loved the roasted garlic with olive oil. My husband loved the dish and so did I.
Easy to make and I used roasted almond silvers instead of the pine nuts.

I rated this before adjustment. After doctoring up, this was very good. Increased olive oil, lemon juice and alot of golden raisens. Added some garlic and onion powder at the end and a can of garbanzo beans. Very tasty.
